Twilight eclipse! Kristen Stewart tops Forbes's Hollywood's Best Actor for the Buck list, while co-star Robert Pattinson comes in third

  Having coined in more than $2 billion so far at the worldwide box office, it's no surprise that the Twilight franchise's main stars are also two of Hollywood's biggest moneymakers
Kristen Stewart  topped Forbes magazine's annual list of Best Hollywood Actors for the Buck with her co-star Robert Pattinson coming in third. 
The list measures how much stars are paid against how much revenue their movies bring in at the box office.

Stewart made the movie studios $55.83 for every dollar she was paid for Twilight movies New Moon and Eclipse, with only one big flop The Runaways where she played rocker Joan Jett.
Her co-star Robert Pattinson, who plays brooding vampire Edward Cullen in the vampire franchise, did slightly less well in third, due to his movies Remember Me and Water For Elephants not doing so well at the Box Office.
This pulled down his average, leaving him with an estimated $39.43 per dollar earnings.
The numbers were crunched from the magazine's 40 highest earning actors in Hollywood, taking into account their past three films made within the last five years.

Doing well: Anne Hathaway made an impressive second in the Forbes list due to her success in Alice in Wonderland, while Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe came fourth

Included were the movie's budget along with stars' earnings from up-front pay, box office receipts and first year sales on DVDs.
Films released after May 1 were not counted, so Twilight: Breaking Dawn did not come into the running for either Pattinson or Stewart.
Another Hollywood female made second place with Anne Hathaway making studios $45.67 per dollar, mainly due to last year's appearance as The White Queen in Alice in Wonderland.
The Tim Burton-directed film earned Disney $1 billion globally on a $200 million budget, which made up for Hathaway's less successful films Love & Other Drugs and Bride Wars, according to Forbes.

Hooray for Hollywood: Matt Damon and Cate Blanchett prove their value for money in the Forbes list

Following on from Hathaway, British actor Daniel Radcliffe earned good return for his efforts in the Harry Potter franchise, which finished this year with the second instalment of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. 
And the summer success of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen helped Shia LaBeouf to fifth place on the list.
Jumping to more established stars, Robert Downey Jr, 46, comes next with Iron Man 2, earning $623 million at the global box office and the first Sherlock Holmes film bringing in $524 million.
The star last night attended the premiere of the second instalment of the franchise, also expected to bring in big box office bucks.

Acclaim: Meryl Streep, 62, and Johnny, 48, round up the list with successes including Julie & Julia and Pirates of the Caribbean respectively

And although 41-year-old Matt Damon has had a quiet 2011, last year's Oscar nominated True Grit earned $250 million on a relatively low budget which helped him to seventh place. 
And in an triumph for older actresses, both Cate Blanchett and Meryl Streep make this year's list.
Blanchett, 42, has appeared in hits Robin Hood and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button over the last five years, while 62-year-old Streep had successes with It's Complicated and Julie and Julia.
Johnny Depp rounds off the list in tenth place, after the latest Pirates of the Caribbean earned a whopping $1 billion at the global box office.
