The lady is a vamp! Twilight's Kristen Stewart smoulders in Gothic fashion shoot

 She is known for her tomboy style, usually consisting of jeans, T-shirts and her obligatory Converse trainers.
But lately  Kristen Stewart has been glamming up as she continues to promote her upcoming fourth Twilight film, Breaking Dawn Pt 1.
In a new photo shoot for Vogue Italia, the 21-year-old looks vampish in a dramatic black wool couture coat.

In images shot by famed Italian photographer Michelangelo de Battista, Kristen is also seen with extremely smokey eye make-up, her hair bundled up high on her head in a fashion-forward twist and her nails painted in a gunmetal varnish.
Her footwear however is dainty, with the star slipping on some very Cinderalla-esque bejeweled sandals.

The actress, who has been sporting longer hair of late, explains in an accompanying interview  that her hair is far from natural.
'These are extensions. My hair is shorter, it's more or less shoulder-length. This is not my natural color.
'Since I started acting I have never had by natural color, which is light brown.
'But it's fine, it's funny seeing yourself look different.'

 

She also confirms she is in fact a tomboy at heart, and rarely dresses up in her 'normal' life, but wishes she would more often.
'I would love to wear more feminine clothes, but in my daily life, when I'm home in Los Angeles, I opt for comfy clothes,' she says.
'When I'm away, like in this case, I throw in my suitcase clothes of all kinds, also evening dresses, because I may have the chance to wear them...
'Although I carry many different choices with me, I always end up wearing a tank top, jeans and sneakers.'
Kristen has recently been making the rounds in the US promoting the fourth Twilight film, Breaking Dawn Pt 1, and last week appeared on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.
In the installment she finally becomes a vampire and also falls pregnant.

Speaking of her famous character, Bella Swan and her lover, Edward Cullen, she said: 'It's a trip to watch them be so happy.'
She also spoke about her upcoming film, Snow White And The Huntsman, in which she plays the lead and told Leno about her unknown strength.
It seems that whilst she was filming a tense scene with her co-star, Chris Hemsworth, the actress accidentally punched him for real.

'When they call action, it doesn't matter how many times they've said watch this, be careful with this, don't hit him in the face,' she told the famous host.
The brunette admitted to Leno that when she was meant to miss the actor's face she actually hit him really hard.
'It made such a sound!' she laughed. 'It literally spun him right around, I knocked him right out of his close-up. It'll definitely be in the movie.'

The U.S. star then turned to the audience and said: 'Girls, if you're wondering if it works - it does!'
Meanwhile Kristen and her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson still can’t decide whether to set up home together in London or Los Angeles.
The pair – who have just finished shooting the fifth and final Twilight film – have been lovers on and off screen since 2008.
Now, after dividing their time between London and LA, they are looking to set up home together but can’t agree on which side of the pond to build their nest.

Kristen wasn’t keen to settle in London at first, and Rob is no fan of LA,’ says a friend. ‘He still dreams about living the quiet West London life he had before he found fame. He likes his no-frills lifestyle and can’t be bothered to upgrade to a luxury home.
‘It has caused tension with Kristen. She lived at his London place while filming Snow White here, but she’s keen to find somewhere she feels is her home.’
Robert, 25, recently said: ‘I did come close to buying in LA, but 20 minutes from signing I freaked out.’
