Niagara is a 1953 thriller-film noir, released Twentieth Century-Fox, directed by Henry Hathaway, and starring Joseph Cotten, Jean Peters, Max Showalter, and introducing Marilyn Monroe, in her first major film appearance. Unlike other film noirs of time, Niagara was filmed in Technicolor and CinemaScope, and was one of Fox's biggest box-office hits of the year. (Wikipedia)
