Homeward bound: Last night was the first time the Harry Potter star had been pictured on a night out since news of her split from financier Jay Barrymore

Sources revealed that it was proving too difficult to manage a Transatlantic relationship. Since the break-up she is also said to have become inseparable from Spanish musician and fellow student Rafael Cebrian.
The pair became close friends last November while Emma was still in a relationship with Jay, and since the split she has been heavily leaning on Rafael.

Besides filming the final Harry Potter movies, Emma has also take to the stage for a university production of Anton Checkov’s Three Sisters as Olga Sergeyevna, persuaded by Rafael.

A source told The Sun: 'Emma was nervous beforehand, but she was faultless in her role. She has been juggling coursework with rehearsals and learning lines, so she’s had a lot on her plate.'

The source continued: 'Emma was over the moon that every show was a full house. She also made some new friends while doing it.'
Emma, who commands £10million a movie, waived her usual fee.
